Return Policy

1.  10 Days unconditional return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply send it back to us within 10 Days from the goods received date. obviouskel will be responsible for return shipping fees.

2.   30 Days conditional return – Goods accepts conditional return base on sign for receipt within 30 days.

This stage accepts the return base on: Both parties reach a consensus that the goods has built-in quality problems, the goods could be return within 30 days of the goods receipt date. 

And buyer will be not responsible for return shipping fees. If only one party recognized the goods have quality problems, the solution should be negotiated by both sides.  

Can`t returns the situation as follows:

•   Damage caused by user.
•   Damage caused by error operation by user, such as wrong storage, improper use and not use the product as the operating guidelines etc.
•   Damage caused by the fault of the third party.
•   Damage caused by earthquake, disaster, extreme climate and external factors such as force majeure.
•   Other situation that conform to non-quality problems.

If the goods can`t be repaired and non-quality problems, the solution should be negotiated by both sides.
